Motion design.

We design the motion inside your product and the films that sell it, from microinteractions and animated onboarding to launch films and 3D product animation, all handed off production ready.

Motion that explains, not decorates.

See how a project runs

We design the transitions, states and feedback inside your product, so every movement tells the user what just changed.

We storyboard, animate and edit the films that introduce a product, from a fifteen second social cut to a full launch piece.

We define the durations, easing curves and rules that make every animation across your product and your marketing feel like one brand.

We model, light and render turntables, exploded assemblies and hero loops straight from your production CAD.

We deliver Lottie files, named After Effects sources and a written spec for every animation, so engineering ships the motion as designed.

How the work runs.

Five stages that converge into tangible designs you can interact with.

  1. 01 Discover

Stakeholder interviews and a current state audit.

We interview the people who own the work and the people who use it, then audit the current state screen by screen. Findings are grouped into themes before anything is designed.

    What you get
    • Stakeholder and user interviews
    • Current state audit with annotated screens
    • Themed findings and opportunity areas
  2. 02 Define

The problem worth solving, agreed in writing.

The findings become one written problem statement and a scope everyone signs off on. Success measures are agreed here, before the work starts.

    What you get
    • Problem statement and how might we questions
    • Archetypes and priority journeys
    • Agreed scope and success measures
  3. 03 Design

Future state flows built to production specs.

Low fidelity wireframes settle the structure, then high fidelity screens are built on a design system. Review sessions run weekly, and every screen is drawn to production specs.

    What you get
    • Current and future state flows
    • Low fidelity wireframes and high fidelity screens
    • Components and tokens in a design system
  4. 04 Validate

    Usability testing and accessibility checks.

Clickable prototypes go in front of real users, and the tasks people fail are fixed before a line of code is written. Every screen is checked against WCAG 2.1 AA.

    What you get
    • Clickable prototypes and a test plan
    • Session findings ranked by severity
    • Accessibility audit against WCAG 2.1 AA
  5. 05 Deliver

    Documented handoff engineers build from.

Screens ship with redlines, states and edge cases documented. Handoff is a walkthrough, and questions get answered through the build rather than at the end of it.

    What you get
    • Annotated specs with states and edge cases
    • Component documentation and tokens
    • Handoff walkthrough and build support
