The default view was rebuilt around the three questions the research recorded people opening the product to answer, with everything else moved a level down.
Filtering happens in place against the result set rather than as a separate step, so the count updates as each facet is applied and nothing reloads.
Actions were pulled out of an overflow menu and onto the record itself, ordered by how often the logs showed each one being used.
The mobile pass was drawn against a person standing up with one hand free, which put the primary action inside the thumb arc and the navigation at the foot.
Dashboard. Everything the team checks first, on one screen.
Search. Results you can narrow without leaving the page.
Detail view. The record, and every action it allows.
Mobile. The same job, done one handed.
